Juan C Luengo is the CEO of Engage Insurance Group, where he led a complete turnaround diversifying a single-carrier business into a multi-carrier brokerage, doubling clients, growing the team 40%, and expanding into six states. He serves on the boards of Mental Health America of the Heartland and The Builders' Association, championed minority- and women-owned businesses, and built strategic partnerships with financial institutions. The Kansas Treasurer's office needs this kind of executive experience.
